My cousin Sonya recently asked me to help her piece together some little curtains for her kitchen window. She wanted something cute with a vintage vibe that offered a little visual privacy but still let in light. She had a box of fabric scraps that included old napkins and tea towels. We started in the afternoon without a clear plan – but as we kept talking it through and setting pieces next to each other, these curtains eventually emerged!
I love that Sonya and I have a similar improvisational approach to artsy things.
