Another friend recently had a baby so I threw together this little crib blanket. I was playing around with a variation of the half-square triangle pattern using scraps from the 2nd quilting bee project. I think it looks a little like shattered glass and I like it.
The black and white photo was for me to see and get a sense of the values in the color palette. I like the balance of values here and I appreciated the different perspective that the b&w photo gives.
